✅ What You'll Do:
✅ Represent employers in employment discrimination and wrongful discharge litigation
✅ Advise clients proactively on employment relations and compliance matters
✅ Handle non-compete/non-solicitation disputes
✅ Assist with union organizing strategies, collective bargaining, and labor negotiations
✅ Conduct comprehensive audits of HR and employment practices
✅ Deliver training and seminars on key labor and employment law issues
✅ Must Haves:
✅ Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
✅ Missouri Bar (Active)
✅ 3–5 years of relevant labor & employment law experience
✅ Exceptional communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
✅ Commitment to client-focused preventive counseling
