What You'll Do:

  • ✅ Represent employers in employment discrimination and wrongful discharge litigation

  • ✅ Advise clients proactively on employment relations and compliance matters

  • ✅ Handle non-compete/non-solicitation disputes

  • ✅ Assist with union organizing strategies, collective bargaining, and labor negotiations

  • ✅ Conduct comprehensive audits of HR and employment practices

  • ✅ Deliver training and seminars on key labor and employment law issues

Must Haves:

  • ✅ Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

  • ✅ Missouri Bar (Active)

  • ✅ 3–5 years of relevant labor & employment law experience

  • ✅ Exceptional communication, analytical, and negotiation skills

  • ✅ Commitment to client-focused preventive counseling
