What You’ll Do:
Handle a variety of medical malpractice and professional defense cases from inception to trial
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Conduct and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses
Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials
Collaborate with partners on trial strategy and client development
Provide excellent communication and service to clients
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of medical malpractice or defense litigation experience
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Courtroom and deposition experience preferred (or eagerness to develop it)
Licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar
Self-starter with the ability to manage cases and deadlines independently
