Overview: Join a stable commercial/industrial general contractor as a Project Manager responsible for leading projects from preconstruction through closeout in the Omaha metro area. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, client communication and project teams to deliver quality results on time.
Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, sequencing and execution from preconstruction through turnover.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules and subcontracts.
Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors and owner reps.
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
Chair regular progress and coordination meetings.
Monitor quality, safety, and client satisfaction metrics.
Mentor assistant project managers and project engineers.
Qualifications:
5+ years’ construction project management experience with a general contractor (commercial/industrial).
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar tools.
Strong leadership, financial tracking and communication skills.
