Maintenance Technician – Food Manufacturing (Confidential)
Pay Range: $26.00–$38.00/hour DOE
Shift: PM Shift (Night) | $2.00/hr shift differential

A well-established, highly automated food manufacturing facility is adding Maintenance Technicians to support continued growth. This is a hands-on role for technicians who enjoy troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and working in a fast-paced production environment with modern equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and reduce unplanned downtime
• Support preventive maintenance programs and complete work orders through CMMS
• Assist with line startups, changeovers, and production support
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, GMPs, food safety, and LOTO procedures
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and logs
• Support facility systems including utilities, boilers, chillers, HVAC, and compressed air (as trained)
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of industrial or food manufacturing maintenance experience OR technical training
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills (bearings, gearboxes, chains, belts, seals)
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting preferred
• Exposure to boilers, chillers, hydraulics, pneumatics, or utilities a plus
• Ability to read schematics, manuals, and work instructions
• Basic computer skills for CMMS/work orders
• Willing to work PM shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Compensation & Benefits:
• $26.00–$40.00/hour DOE
• $2.00/hr PM shift differential
