What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years in HOA or community association litigation, including covenant enforcement, collections, and dispute resolution

  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of Chapter 720, association governing documents, and Florida HOA statutes

  • Licensed: Member of the Florida Bar in good standing

  • Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused, with the ability to manage cases independently
