A highly regarded AM law firm is seeking an experienced Estate Planning and Trust Attorney with 6 to 9 years of experience in sophisticated estate planning and trust matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in advising high-net-worth clients and crafting tailored strategies for wealth preservation. Experience in cross-border estate planning is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Advise individuals, families, and fiduciaries on all aspects of estate planning and trust administration.
• Serve a broad client base, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, nonprofits, and corporate trust departments.
• Develop and implement complex, multi-generational wealth transfer and preservation strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple practice areas to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and licensed in Florida.
• 6–9 years of substantive experience in estate planning and trust matters.
• Proven record working with high-net-worth clients and complex asset structures.
• Strong academic credentials and outstanding written, technical, and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented attorney with the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
