Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of three years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in all aspects of litigation support. Experience in employment law is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation, including document management, discovery, and trial preparation.
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Manage case files and maintain accurate records and databases.
Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Prepare trial exhibits and assist with trial logistics.
Perform administrative tasks as needed to support attorneys.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
Experience in employment law preferred but not required.
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and e-filing.
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
