Position Title: Project Manager

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Drywall Project Managing, specifically with metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and trim and door work (subcontracting experience preferred).
• Proficient in estimating software such as On Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid.
• OSHA Certification and bilingual abilities (preferred but not required).
• Experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Scheduling – Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Budget Management – Monitor costs, track change orders, and ensure projects stay within budget.

• Submittals and Procurement – Oversee material submittals, procurement, and delivery coordination.

• Team Coordination – Lead and communicate with field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Quality Control – Ensure drywall installation meets specifications, codes, and client expectations.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $100K - $130K (DOE).
