  Tax Senior – Essential Functions:

• Lead tax projects and assess client needs across a wide variety of services
• Coordinate both hands-on training and formalized firm training for staff
• Be community-involved with an outgoing personality
• Collaborate with specialty tax practice on complex tax matters
• Provide timely and complete evaluations and counseling for staff accountants
• Serve as a positive mentor and hands-on leade

  Tax Senior – Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field
• MST, Juris Doctor, or applicable advanced degree preferred
• CPA Certification required (additional specialty certifications a plus)
• 5+ years of proven experience in a tax leadership role with a regional or Big 4 public accounting firm
• Ability to utilize firm technology efficiently
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Genuine passion for public accounting with the ability to view clients’ needs holistically
