You’ll play a key leadership role in delivering roadway, resurfacing, and intersection improvements that make a real impact — all while enjoying a supportive team culture and unbeatable work-life balance.


🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Manage transportation projects from planning to construction administration

  • Collaborate with clients, agencies, and internal teams

  • Develop and oversee construction documents, specs, and estimates

  • Lead meetings and mentor junior staff


✅ What You Bring

  • Florida PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)

  • 8+ years’ experience in transportation engineering

  • Expertise in FDOT standards and procedures

  • Hands-on with MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer (ORD)

  • Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and multi-project management

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

  • Experience with traffic analysis, and drainage design is a plus
