We are urgently looking for an experienced Commercial/Industrial HVAC Project Mangager to manage projects in the greater Fort Worth market. We are looking for experience in mechanical projects. Serving healthcare facilities, hotels, schools, sports arenas, mission critical facilities and more.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee the timely and budget-conscious completion of high-quality projects. Conduct regular status updates and end-of-contract cost analyses. Ensure prompt integration of scope changes and accurate entry of project estimates into the job cost system.

· Reviews various reports to determine project status and determine actions required. Provides periodic status and end of contract cost and budget analysis.

· Lead pre-job planning meetings, document outcomes, and ensure all action items are addressed. Maintain up-to-date project schedules that align with the master project schedule.

· Establishes and executes subcontracts and equipment buy-outs to support schedules and budgets.

· Communicates all project issues to the appropriate level of management in a timely manner.

· Assembles the estimate for the project and reviews the final estimate and ensures the proper loading of those numbers into the project cost system.

· Prepares and submits monthly contract billings to ensure proper cash flow during contract performance.

· Manages conflict resolution with customers, vendors, trades or Partners.

· Drive the identification and development of policies and procedures to foster continuous and aggressive improvement.

· Visits job sites or onsite offices, performs work inspections, checks job progress, and resolves project and contract issues.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering or similar engineering degree is required.

· 4+ years of experience managing HVAC projects directly for a commercial mechanical subcontractor is required.

· Demonstrated excellent organizational skills are a must-have for this role.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with stakeholders.

· Excellent presentation skills.

· Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach.
