Position Overview:
This is a unique opportunity to work remotely while gaining significant experience with a leading plaintiffs’ class action firm. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle active caseloads in both state and federal courts

  • Conduct written discovery, motion drafting, oral advocacy, and depositions

  • Participate in strategic case development and trial preparation

  • Collaborate closely with a seasoned team of litigators on high-impact class actions

  • Occasionally travel to California for critical hearings, depositions, or trial as needed

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in California (preferred) or licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction with pending admission to the California Bar

  • 2–8 years of civil litigation experience

  • Demonstrated skills in discovery, oral advocacy, motion practice, and depositions

  • Prior experience in class actions, complex litigation, or wage-and-hour litigation is a plus

  • Strong legal research and writing skills

  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a remote team

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ($130,000–$170,000 DOE/DOQ)

  • 401(k) plan

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Paid time off

  • Remote work flexibility with strong team support
