Now Hiring: HVAC Technician – On Behalf of Our Valued Client

We’re working with a well-established and growing HVAC contractor in the Oakland, MO area that is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional who wants stability, growth potential, and a company that values its employees.

What You’ll Do:

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics on RTUs, chillers, boilers, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with all codes and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Participate in on-call/emergency rotations as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of HVAC experience (commercial, residential, or light industrial).
• EPA 608 certification required: NATE certification a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with ductwork, sheet metal, or building automation systems is helpful.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• A motivated, team-oriented professional who takes pride in their work.
