Job Description

Job Title: Concrete Superintendent – Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee self-performed concrete operations on water and wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience supervising concrete crews and managing concrete building projects, with specific experience on wastewater facilities required.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily concrete construction activities on WWTP projects

  • Oversee crews performing formwork, rebar placement, concrete pours, and finishing operations

  • Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications

  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain quality control and productivity

  • Manage crew scheduling, equipment, materials, and inspections

  • Enforce company safety policies and promote a safe jobsite environment

  • Provide field leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving support

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supervising concrete construction projects

  • Required: hands-on experience with water and wastewater treatment plant concrete work

  • Strong understanding of structural concrete, foundations, and tank construction

  • Proven ability to lead field crews and coordinate project logistics

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Ability to travel and manage work at various project sites
