Personal Lines Account Manager

You’re a dependable Personal Lines Account Manager who knows that every policy tells a story — from first quote to renewal to claims follow-up. You deliver thoughtful, timely service that helps families protect what matters most. You understand the details of homeowners, auto, umbrella, and condo coverages, and you take pride in turning client questions into confident answers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture a book of personal lines clients through exceptional day-to-day service.

  • Review accounts, identify coverage gaps, prepare renewals and endorsements accurately.

  • Act as liaison during claims, ensuring clients receive clear updates and support.

  • Strengthen relationships through proactive communication, education, and follow-up.

  • Coordinate with carriers for remarketing opportunities and improved coverage/price.

  • Maintain thorough documentation in Epic, HawkSoft, EZLynx, or AMS360.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in personal lines account management.

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Customer-first mindset and ability to multitask effectively.

  • Team-oriented professional who values consistency and care.

Compensation

Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 Full benefits package and opportunity for long-term growth.
