Location: Tempe, AZ 85281
Overview:
This position leads JOC-based educational facility projects throughout Tempe and the East Valley. The Project Manager will direct preconstruction planning, procurement, and on-site execution for renovations, classroom additions, and site improvement initiatives in the K-12 environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple small-to-medium JOC task orders from inception through completion.
Coordinate with district facility departments, ensuring alignment with project goals and funding sources.
Prepare and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and change management documentation.
Uphold safety, quality, and schedule commitments.
Foster strong client relationships built on transparency and accountability.
Qualifications:
Five or more years of progressive project management experience in educational or public construction.
Familiarity with Arizona procurement processes and JOC delivery.
Ability to manage fast-paced, overlapping schedules.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
