Superintendent – Wastewater Treatment Plant project experience

A leading general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their growing team. This firm is recognized for delivering high-profile, complex buildings, including Wastewater Treatment plants

As part of a highly respected and safety-driven organization, you’ll play a key role in managing all on-site field operations while ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, and with the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily field operations on complex, large-scale construction sites.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, safety compliance, and schedules.
  • Lead onsite project execution with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, consultants, and trade partners.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders from preconstruction through closeout.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of superintendent experience, ideally with large commercial, industrial, water treatment plant facilities
  • Proven track record leading data center, healthcare, or other high-tech/large-scale projects.
  • Ability to manage fast-paced construction schedules and complex site coordination.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree in Construction
