Associate Attorney- Insurance Defense in Long Beach

Job Description

A well-established and well-respected firm in California with multiple locations is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their practice.If you can work independently but enjoy mentorship and want to grow you practice, this could be a fit for you! Also, you can be part of a defense firm without billable hour requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2-10 years civil litigation experience 
  • Experience with Insurance Defense, Medical Malpractice, General Liability, Premise Liability preferred but not required
• JD in California, in good standing
• Experience with written discovery, taking and defending depositions
• Law and motion practice, attending court hearings, legal memos and research
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
